Live real-estate portals in our portfolio.
MontenegroProspects.com and .ru, Crna Gora Nekretnine, Nekretnine Budva, Herceg Novi/Tivat/Kotor/Budva/Bar Nekretnine and MN Property — all of them have run and been maintained on the Anart Web platform for years. We do not learn on your project; we bring that experience to it.
— What it includes
A portal the agency manages and visitors actually use.
A real-estate site is not the same as an ordinary business site — filters, maps, fast search and the ability to update a huge number of listings without hassle are critical. We do all of this on the Anart Web platform, with paragraph types made specifically for real estate.
Listings with galleries
multiple photos, virtual tours, floor plans, optional video
Filters by price, area, location
number of rooms, property type, status (sale/rent)
External feeds
XML, CSV, REST API import from other systems and partner agencies
Multilingual
Montenegrin / English / Russian is the most common combination for the tourist market
Fast search
autocomplete, faceted search, sorting by popularity/price/date added
Real-estate SEO
RealEstate schema markup, local metadata, a sitemap per location
Anart Web platform
add listings and images and change prices yourself
Monthly maintenance
part of the model, security and backups included (from €80/mo)
— How we work
- 01
Request and conversation
A conversation about your target audience (local buyers or foreigners), the number of listings, languages and integrations. A look at some of our existing portals for reference.

Discovery and architecture
Defining the data structure (property attributes), categories, locations and filters. An audit of external feeds if the site integrates with partners.
1 week - 03

Visual design focused on search, reading listings and the map. Mobile-first, because 80%+ of visitors arrive on a phone.

Implementing the design + paragraph types made specifically for real estate. Filters, map, external feed integrations. Testing on staging.
2–3 weeks - 05

— Projects in this area
What clients ask about a real-estate portal.
Can I add listings myself?
Yes — that is the core of the Anart Web platform. The client adds new listings, changes prices and uploads photos themselves. Live training plus a recording is included in every project. Larger agencies with many listings can give access to several colleagues with different roles.
Do you support importing from other systems?
Yes — XML, CSV, REST API. The most common scenario is an import from partner agencies or a central CRM. We set up an automatic sync (every 30 minutes to every few hours) — listings appear on the site by themselves.
Which languages do you support?
The Anart Web platform supports every language. The most common combination for a Montenegrin real-estate portal: Montenegrin + English + Russian (English for the international market, Russian for the established community of investors). A second language adds ~25% to the price, a third ~15%.
Can I have a technical integration with my existing database?
Yes — we build a custom integration through a REST API. Tell us which database/CRM you use (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, custom MySQL) and we connect it. This integration is an extra on top of the base price and is quoted after we analyse the system.
How much does it cost to add a new property type (e.g. commercial alongside apartments)?
If it is added within the same project — included in the base price. Later, as a change after launch — it is done through monthly maintenance or as a small extra (~€100–300, depending on complexity).
