More conversions on a shop with smart filters and fast checkout.
A web shop is more than a catalogue — it is a closed loop from search to delivery, and every step affects conversion. Load speed, a clear checkout, cash on delivery, security — all of it decides whether a customer completes the order or abandons the cart.

Brief and analysis
A conversation about your range, target audience, geographic market (Montenegro only or the region) and existing infrastructure (CRM, ERP, warehouse).

Defining the product structure, attributes and variants. A plan for payments (which options), delivery (regions, prices) and fiscalisation (jurisdictions).

What clients ask about web shops.
Can it connect to our ERP system?
Yes — we build a custom integration through a REST API. The most common scenarios: syncing products and stock from the ERP, syncing orders from the shop into the ERP, syncing customers. Tell us which ERP you use (e.g. Pantheon, Minimax, custom) and we will analyse it. Charged on top of the base price.
How is delivery charged?
Flexibly — you can set a flat price, a price per region, a price by weight, or free delivery above a set amount. We integrate with courier services (Post CG, Express Mail, Bex, GLS) for automatic shipment tracking.
Can I sell in euros and in other currencies?
Yes — multi-currency is a standard feature. Prices convert automatically, or you can set a price per currency by hand (common practice for tighter control of margins). The most common combination for Montenegrin shops: EUR + RSD + USD.
What about returns and complaints?
We build an admin tool for processing returns — it prepares the paperwork automatically, records the reasons, and supports store credit or refunds, according to your own returns policy. All in line with Montenegro's Consumer Protection Act.
